Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting RISELiftingOthers. Because many of our products are created on demand or delivered digitally, our return and refund policies are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.






Print Books (Paperbacks)


All printed books are fulfilled through a trusted print-on-demand partner. Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse.


However, we will replace or refund your order if:


The book arrives damaged


The book arrives with a printing defect


The wrong item was shipped



If you experience any of these issues, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Replacements for defective or damaged books are provided at no additional cost.






Digital Products


All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads, bundles) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, I will make sure you receive a working download link.






Lost or Missing Packages


If your package does not arrive within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (International), please contact me and I will assist with a replacement where possible.






Incorrect Address


If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
