1. Booking Fee Purpose

The booking fee is a non-refundable administrative fee that secures a reservation and holds limited tour capacity.

It is not payment for the tour itself.

Administrative costs are incurred immediately upon booking, regardless of attendance.

2. No Refund Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Late arrival or no-show
• Missed cruise docking
• Weather conditions
• Transportation issues
• Personal emergencies

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that the booking fee is final.

3. Exception — Guide Cancellation

A booking fee will be refunded only if the guide cancels the tour.

If the tour is canceled by the guide, the booking fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Attendance Responsibility

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

Failure to attend the tour for any reason does not entitle the guest to a refund of the booking fee.

5. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

The booking fee represents a reservation and administrative cost incurred at the time of booking.

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted in violation of these terms may be challenged with supporting documentation.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
