Where do we meet?

We meet at a central, easily accessible location in downtown Nassau. Exact meeting point details, including a map link, will be provided in your confirmation email immediately after booking.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, sun protection (a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen), and comfortable walking shoes. We also recommend bringing cash if you wish to purchase local snacks, souvenirs, or leave a contribution at the end of the tour.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are highly recommended as we will be navigating historical streets and steps. Lightweight, breathable clothing is best for the warm Bahamian climate.

What places do we visit?

Is the $10 and $5 booking fee refundable?

The initial booking fee is strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures that spots are reserved for guests committed to attending, allowing us to keep group sizes intimate and the tour experience high-quality.

What if you (the guide) have to cancel?

In the rare event that we must cancel the tour (e.g., due to severe tropical weather or unforeseen emergencies), you will be notified immediately and given the option to either receive a full refund of your booking fee or reschedule for another available date.

What if I need to cancel my plans?

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible out of courtesy so we can open the spot to others. However, as stated in our policy, the booking fee remains non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before your original time slot without incurring an additional booking fee, subject to availability on our calendar.

Why is the booking fee non-refundable?

Because spaces are highly limited to ensure an intimate "stranger friends" experience, the non-refundable fee prevents no-shows and ensures that those who genuinely want to attend have the opportunity to secure a spot.

Why is there a booking fee?

While the tour itself operates on a pay-what-you-want basis at the end, the small upfront booking fee helps cover administrative platform costs and firmly guarantees your reserved spot in the group.
