Once payment is successfully completed, your purchased digital files are available for immediate download through our WooCommerce checkout system.

Download information is also provided through your order confirmation email.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and that your device supports the file formats listed in the product description.

We recommend downloading and saving your purchased files promptly for future personal use.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All digital product sales are final once download access has been provided.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or a decision not to use the purchased material.

However, we understand that technical problems can occur.

Please contact us if:

• Your purchased files are missing or inaccessible.
• A file is corrupted or cannot be opened because of a defect in the supplied file.

KINDWalk tour bookings are governed by separate booking terms.
